For Today Only Diesel Will Sell Their Jeans For £30

Diesel Jeans will be celebrating their 30th anniversary by releasing a limited edition of “Dirty Thirty” jeans for just £30 ($52).

Their jeans, which would normally sell for about £200 ($350), have been reduced to £30 for one day only.

“Dirty Thirty” will be sold on today (Friday) at their four London stores and in some shops in Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Leeds, Glasgow, and Greenhithe in Kent.

They will be sold in both women’s and men’s styles, and each pair will be carrying a “xXx” back patch, signifying the years in roman numerals. “Dirty Thirty” and “1978-2008″ will be embroidered on the jeans’ sides.

And to stay true to their magic number, only 30,000 pairs have been produced worldwide to sell in 160 Diesel.

Diesel refused to start a waiting list or ordering service for the jeans despite thousands of calls from customers anxious not to miss out. The decision is expected to cause a fashion free-for-all when they finally go on sale.
