Who Wore See by Chloe Better? Rihanna or Heidi Montag

Rihanna first wore this See by Chloe patch pocket silk mini skirt whilst leaving Restaurant Da Silvano in New York back in June.
She wore her skirt with a green Theory bodysuit, tan strappy sandals and she carried a white bag.
Heidi Montag wore the same skirt when she and boyf Spencer Pratt dined at Waffle House, on Sunset Boulevard.
The Hills star wore her skirt with a nude and white tank top, electric blue Christian Louboutin heels and a white Balenciaga bag.
I am really not crazy about Heidi’s shoe with her ensemble so Rihanna wins for me.
